If you provide dietary or accessibility needs, this may be sensitive information.

How we collect it

We collect information when you use our Wix website (forms, registrations, enquiries), subscribe to our emails, contact us, or interact with our communications. We also collect some data automatically via cookies/analytics.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and deliver services, memberships, and events

  • send newsletters and updates via Mailchimp (you can opt out anytime)

  • operate, secure, and improve our website and communications

  • meet legal and regulatory obligations

Who we share it with

We may share information with trusted providers who help us operate, including:

  • Wix (website hosting, forms, and site functions)

  • Mailchimp (email marketing and subscriber management)
    We may also disclose information if required or authorised by law, or as part of a business restructure/sale. We do not sell personal information.

Overseas storage
